Developing professional skills and instilling an unmatched sense of confidence in our brothers as they pursue their career ambitions is one of our main goals. Resume workshops, mock interviews, and social media audits are just a few ways that we give our brothers an edge in the professional world.

We also believe in the importance of bringing a group of talented, diverse, and driven individuals together to form a tight knit family. The friendships that are made here will last a lifetime.
Philanthropy
Giving back to the community and creating a positive impact on those around us is imperative to our pillars. We participate in many community events such as road cleanups, Monroe Community Kitchen, and Hoosiers Outrun Cancer to name a few. Our gala this year was also a massive highlight, raising $3,000 for the Eskenazi Health Foundation in honor of a PCT alumni, Asra Hussian-Raza, that recently passed.
Leadership
We heavily encourage our brothers to lead with innovative, entrepreneurial, and creative minds in any situations. The majority of brothers will hold a position during their time in the fraternity, and you can find most in a leadership role in other organizations around campus.
Diversity
Having brothers with unique experiences and perspectives is one of the major reasons for our success as a professional organization, and we pride ourselves on emphasizing the preservation of an inclusive environment.
We have brothers from around the world, from Singapore to the United States. We are share our own experiences with each other creating respect and awareness for all cultures and backgrounds.
